ScribeLLM records conversations you choose to record, transcribes them, and produces written summaries. It is provided by Garg Capital Group LLC.
Transcription and summarisation are automated and imperfect. ScribeLLM may mishear words, attribute speech to the wrong person, or omit something. Output is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
Do not use ScribeLLM as the sole record for legal, medical, financial, employment or other consequential decisions.
Do not use ScribeLLM to record people without the permission the law requires; to record communications you are not a party to; to harass, surveil or defame; or to break any law. We may suspend accounts used this way.
Your recordings, transcripts and notes are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service — storing, transcribing and summarising them on your instruction. We do not use your content to train AI models.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing depends on third-party providers that can fail or change. Keep your own copies of anything you need to keep.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garg Capital Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on automated output. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your data. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
